Our Mission statement:

Burgess Hill Methodist Church’s Mission and Vision: Our church vision is to be a unified and supportive congregation that is present in the community throughout the week through worship, fellowship, and mission outreach. We seek to be an inviting, safe, and accepting church that welcomes ALL of God’s children, so that they might connect with God, with each other, and with their neighbours. We wish to share God’s good news and love in relevant ways that bring joy to all those we come into contact with and exemplifies how Christian living is a way of life, not just a Sunday hour.

Foster Connection

Our mission is to enhance community engagement, with a special focus on younger and older individuals. By showcasing events like the Befriended Choir and groups such as the Boys Brigade and Girls Brigade, we aim to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Promote Outreach

We believe in the importance of community outreach programs, encouraging generosity and compassion. Together, we strive to uplift and support those around us, fostering a spirit of understanding and welcoming to all.

Encourage Participation

We are dedicated to inspiring active participation in our church events. We invite everyone to contribute to our mission, whether through attendance, volunteering, or supporting our initiatives.
